Saltgate is aware of the issues which arise in protecting and respecting your privacy on-line and off-line and in particular is aware of the concern which exists over the use of personal information provided over the internet.

This privacy statement sets out our current policies in relation to privacy and data protection issues generally. Our privacy policy may change at any time in the future without notice. Any changes in our privacy policy will be promptly communicated on this page.

This privacy policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.

Whilst we have procedures to safeguard your Information in our custody, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Information that you may transmit to us.

 

2. Other Jurisdictions

In processing Information (including but not limited to situations in which we are providing services to you), your Information may be transferred  to entities based in jurisdictions which may not provide the same level of protection as Jersey and/or Luxembourg for personal data.

 

3. Public Areas

When using the public areas of this site you are not required to provide us with any personal information and we do not monitor or collect any personally identifiable information from you on your use of the public portions of this site. We may track the number of users who visit areas of the site, but this tracking will not identify you.

 

4. Your Contact Details

If you (or any of your officers, employees or family members as applicable) wish to be removed from any Saltgate marketing list at any time after registration please e-mail contactus@saltgate.com. Following such a request, we will remove you from our marketing databases. This may however affect our ability to offer you some of our services.

 

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

We will not pass Information to any external organisation or third party save for the purposes set out in paragraph 1 of this Privacy Statement.

We have procedures covering the security of your Information in order to comply with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Information that you transmit to us.
